Pilates

Build strength and endurance throughout your entire body. With an emphasis on alignment, breathing and control, and a focus on core muscles our new contemporary AntiGravity Pilates class will improve your co-ordination, balance and posture as we evolve tradition exercises to the Harrison Hammock.

AntiGravity® Fitness

AntiGravity is a fusion of exercise techniques performed in a silky fabric. Created by world-class gymnast and performer Christopher Harrison, these classes will stretch, strengthen and heal your body. All classes include zero compression inversions. Our timetable includes Aerial Yoga, Flying Fitness, Pilates, Restorative Yoga and AIRbarre.

Yoga & Pilates for Sport

Yoga, Pilates and AntiGravity fitness are the perfect complement to any athlete’s training program.

We offer private classes and individual sessions designed specifically for your sport to boost performance and maintain your body for a prolonged playing career.
